Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery and translate business needs into technical hypotheses and solutions.
- Build prototypes, MVPs, agents, and corporate assistants using artificial intelligence resources.
- Configure knowledge bases, grounding, RAG, prompts, tools, and actions.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, data, and corporate systems.
- Perform functional tests, response evaluations, and failure handling to ensure delivery quality.
- Apply engineering practices including version control, documentation, peer review, logging, and monitoring.
- Demonstrate increments, incorporate feedback, and support knowledge transfer to business teams.
- Develop reusable components, automations, and standards that accelerate AI and automation adoption.
- Provide technical support for pilots, proofs of concept, and accelerated initiatives.
Requirements
- Practical experience in development, automation, systems integration, or generative AI solutions.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, Git, and DevOps fundamentals.
- Experience with prompt engineering, agents, virtual assistants, knowledge bases, or conversational experiences.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform, Dataverse, or equivalent low-code platforms.
- Knowledge of AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
- Ability to independently deliver medium-complexity work with accountability.
- Strong communication skills for working with business areas, internal customers, and technical teams.
- Experience with documentation, problem-solving, and solution quality assurance.
- Knowledge of RAG, MCP, BPM, Lean, process mining, or generative-system evaluation is preferred.
- Experience with corporate agents, prompt security, identity, and access control is preferred.
