Responsibilities
- Understand overall product and platform requirements, including assigned features and modules.
- Architect, design, develop, debug, and implement software features and enhancements.
- Create unit test cases, investigate software and system problems, fix defects, and track issues through closure.
- Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to meet product release quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and schedule goals.
- Develop quick prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and product ideas to the team and management.
- Work independently and with subject-matter experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in Java, J2EE, or .NET programming.
- At least five years of front-end web development experience using modern frameworks such as AngularJS or React.
- Experience developing on Azure Cloud and working with generative-AI-based product development.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, version control such as Git, and software integration, delivery, and deployment practices.
- Preferred experience in medical-device design and development in an Agile environment.
- Preferred understanding of software development processes in regulated environments, including FDA and ISO 13485, and experience with medical-device verification.
