Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BSP software for automotive compute platforms using application-grade SoCs and microcontrollers.
- Configure AUTOSAR Classic MCAL and BSW modules for automotive domain and zone controller ECUs.
- Configure and deploy AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform services and JSON manifests.
- Develop Linux BSPs, device trees, Yocto/OpenEmbedded layers, and kernel drivers for automotive HPC platforms.
- Integrate QNX Neutrino, FreeRTOS, and INTEGRITY configurations for time-critical ECUs.
- Integrate Ethernet AVB/TSN, SOME/IP, DDS, and other inter-domain middleware.
- Enable Vehicle OS and SDV platform frameworks, including SOAFEE and Eclipse SDV Leda.
- Develop OTA platform enablement with A/B partitions, Uptane, update engines, and rollback-safe agents.
- Integrate secure boot, TrustZone/TEE, HSM key management, and AUTOSAR security configurations.
- Debug cross-layer platform issues using TRACE32, JTAG, serial consoles, ftrace, perf, and DLT.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is stated in the project requirements, while the additional information specifies a minimum of 4 years in automotive embedded software or SDV platform development.
- Proficiency in embedded C and C++ for Linux, RTOS, and bare-metal automotive platforms.
- Experience with AUTOSAR Classic MCAL, BSW, CAN, Ethernet, SPI, OS, COM, DCM, and DEM configuration.
- Knowledge of Linux BSP development, device-tree authoring, Yocto/OpenEmbedded layers, and kernel-driver patterns.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform services, manifests, daemons, configuration, and deployment.
- Understanding of SOME/IP, vsomeip, MICROSAR, Ethernet AVB/TSN, and PDU routing.
- Experience configuring QNX Neutrino, FreeRTOS, or INTEGRITY, including scheduling and memory partitioning.
- Hands-on experience with Lauterbach TRACE32, JTAG, UART consoles, DLT, ftrace, and Linux perf.
- Experience with SoCs from Qualcomm, Renesas, NXP, or NVIDIA.
- Preferred knowledge of SOAFEE, Eclipse SDV, OCI containers, Podman, hypervisors, TEE technologies, HSMs, TPMs, DDS middleware, Eclipse Zenoh, and ISO 26262 functional-safety requirements.
- BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Information Technology, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering, with 15 years of full-time education.
