Base Salary
$130k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship voice agents for outbound calls to payers.
- Integrate telephony, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and LLM components into production pipelines.
- Build evaluation and QA infrastructure to measure agent quality and performance.
- Develop APIs and integrations connecting agent outputs to prior authorization workflows.
- Instrument call outcomes and agent behavior for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to identify workflows for automation.
- Expand into other agent and LLM-driven systems as the AI surface area grows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
- 2+ years of professional Python experience in building APIs or data workflows.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications in a production setting.
- Comfort with ambiguity and shipping initial versions of new systems.
- Preferred experience with voice systems, QA processes, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in observability tools and managing SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Healthcare or revenue cycle domain experience is a plus.
