Responsibilities
- Design, enhance, and implement reusable continuous integration and continuous delivery solutions.
- Monitor production and test environments by building dynamic dashboards and alerting rule sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate requirements early in the development lifecycle and share solutions across the DevOps community.
- Review dashboards and logs to troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and prevent recurrence.
- Write and run deployment automation tools using Helm, Ansible, or other technologies.
- Integrate platforms and technologies such as Kafka and Kubernetes.
- Develop and support on-premise solutions while enabling efficient delivery of software.
Requirements
- At least three years of hands-on experience, or five years for the senior level, with Python and shell scripting.
- At least three years of hands-on experience, or five years for the senior level, working with Linux.
- At least three years of hands-on experience, or five years for the senior level, with containerization using Docker or Podman.
- At least three years of hands-on experience, or five years for the senior level, with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLabCI, CircleCI, or TravisCI.
- Experience applying DevOps practices and working in an operational environment.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and troubleshooting network-related issues.
- Excellent understanding of software delivery practices, including Git branching models and configuration management.
- Experience with Kubernetes and working knowledge of Kafka are preferred.
- Experience with Xcode, Swift, and App Store Connect is highly desirable.
- Experience in a highly regulated environment is preferred.
- Practical experience with feature toggling, no-downtime deployments, and blue-green deployments is preferred.
- Knowledge of security best practices within the software development lifecycle is preferred.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and build tools such as Maven or Gradle is preferred.
