Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end application architectures for AWS cloud-native platform solutions.
- Create high-level and low-level designs covering application, integration, data, cybersecurity, and infrastructure components.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, rapid prototyping, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
- Present architecture recommendations, findings, and implementation roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Support technology selection and platform assessment activities.
- Collaborate with product, solution architecture, security, engineering, data engineering, and analytics teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering and application architecture experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS solution architecture experience.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale applications using domain-driven design, AWS architecture, microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with AWS AI/ML services such as Bedrock or SageMaker is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data engineering, machine learning, or AI technologies is advantageous.
