Responsibilities
- Own the full technical lifecycle for customers from pre-sales to delivery.
- Act as a technical partner during sales conversations, validating feasibility and shaping architectures.
- Lead technical discovery and translate complex concepts for stakeholders.
- Write scripts and code snippets to assist customers with configurations and integrations.
- Drive customer engagements with strong project ownership and clear timelines.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve issues.
- Identify friction points and provide insights for product and process improvements.
- Evolve onboarding playbooks and documentation for smoother launches.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Engineering, Implementation engineering, or Developer Success in a B2B environment.
- Subject-matter expertise in web3 stack products.
- Comfortable leading technical conversations with customers.
- Proficient in writing code (TypeScript, Python, or Go) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Enjoy solving real-world problems and being a trusted technical partner.
- Thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments with a focus on ownership and adaptability.
- Balance systems thinking with execution to keep projects on track.
