Responsibilities
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle, including planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure in accordance with supported application requirements.
- Onboard applications onto DevOps tools and configure them to meet client needs.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Build and customize DevOps tools based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting needed to connect application code with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment activities in DevOps environments.
- Provide support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms and resolve customer tickets within specified turnaround times.
- Troubleshoot critical or recurring issues and perform root cause analysis while following escalation procedures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in AI Infrastructure Engineering.
- Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, infrastructure management, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and customer support for DevOps tools.
