Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own functional and architectural direction across several concurrent SAP engagements, including solution trade-offs, scope, effort, risk, and value definition.
- Orchestrate functional, technical, data, and AI-enabled delivery workstreams while coordinating with customer architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Technical Program Managers.
- Lead solution definition in early customer and partner conversations and own the SAP solution story in proposals and statements of work.
- Translate customer outcomes into Tessera AI platform solutions and provide field feedback and SAP domain knowledge to Product and R&D.
- Define, measure, and improve customer platform adoption, including removing process, skills, trust, and product barriers.
- Shape engagement teams and workforce plans using evidence to identify overstaffing and understaffing.
- Build customer-side advocates and ensure delivered solutions become the customer’s normal way of working.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise transformation experience with an SAP foundation, including ECC and S/4HANA.
- Experience leading SAP enterprise software and services solutioning through sales cycles and into delivery, beyond product demonstrations.
- Several end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition approaches.
- Broad experience across SAP Finance, Logistics, supply chain, and order management processes rather than only one or two process areas.
- Strong technical architecture knowledge covering integration patterns, data architecture, SAP landscapes, SAP BTP, and non-SAP integrations.
- Understanding of the SAP Business AI roadmap and ability to become fluent in a new AI platform quickly.
- Experience orchestrating multiple concurrent engagements and distributed onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
- Senior client-facing communication, presentation, and business English skills for business and technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience across multiple enterprise suites, AI/automation/RPA tooling, the SAP partner and co-sell ecosystem, RISE with SAP, SAP Activate, and SAP certifications.
- Preferred: Spanish, Portuguese, or German language skills.
