Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces with React.js.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and integrate backend APIs with effective state management and user interactions.
- Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing and contribute to continuous integration pipelines.
- Advise on frontend technology, frameworks, and libraries while improving code quality.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, backend developers, QA, and other cross-functional partners.
- Participate in the Capco frontend chapter through workshops, code reviews, technology monitoring, and tech talks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional frontend development experience on complex, high-exposure projects or applications.
- Proven production experience with React.js, ideally in micro-frontend or modular application environments.
- Advanced expertise in Next.js, React.js, and related tools including Hooks, React Router, Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 or modern styling tools such as Styled Components and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with state management, side-effect handling, component lifecycle management, and frontend automated testing.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress and familiarity with Webpack, Vite, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Vue.js or Angular is a valuable asset.
- Fluent in English and able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
