Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve team productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and address challenges to meet delivery timelines.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Ability to develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and maintainability.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education.
