Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks.
- Lead testing efforts across multiple projects, ensuring complete test coverage.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize software defects for quick resolution.
- Mentor junior and mid-level QA professionals on testing best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure quality considerations are integrated.
- Analyze test results and present actionable insights to project teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and tools.
- Promote a culture of quality by identifying risks and encouraging testing improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in testing web applications, especially B2B and B2B2C platforms.
- Over 7 years of experience in QA/Automation roles focused on test automation frameworks.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Proven ability to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud environments and testing in distributed settings.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex quality issues.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities within QA teams.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive mindset seeking opportunities for quality and testing process improvements.
- Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
- Degree in IT or related fields.
