Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and tools.
- Lead technical efforts to support developer enablement and quality assurance.
- Build and deploy automation solutions that streamline the SDLC.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD workflows for rapid feedback.
- Identify and address technical debt in automation frameworks.
- Define and implement robust test automation strategies.
- Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to align automation strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Developer Enablement or DevOps/tooling.
- Proven experience as a technical leader in automation engineering.
- Expertise in designing automation frameworks for SOA and microservices.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools.
- Deep understanding of service integration and system reliability testing.
- Demonstrated success in improving DORA metrics across teams.
