Responsibilities
- Create and execute automated tests.
- Lead end-to-end validation processes from start to production.
- Collaborate with development teams to determine optimal test coverage.
- Analyze requirements and develop test strategies.
- Prepare and execute test scripts to identify defects.
- Perform manual testing as needed.
- Document risk analyses and follow up on defects.
- Work with onshore and offshore teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as UFT or Selenium.
- Experience managing projects independently.
- Familiarity with test management tools like HP-ALM QC and JIRA.
- Solid understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Advanced English skills for interaction with teams in the US and India.
