Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible, ServiceNow, and related technologies.
- Identify manual processes and operational inefficiencies and develop automation to reduce repetitive work and operational toil.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Operations, Application Development, Security, Architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in automation, observability, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Contribute to technology modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Ansible, GitHub, and infrastructure automation practices.
- Experience developing automation solutions with Python, PowerShell, Bash, JSON, and YAML.
- Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
- Knowledge of observability concepts including instrumentation, telemetry, monitoring, and alerting.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale automation and operational excellence initiatives.
- Familiarity with GitHub repository administration, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern infrastructure technologies.
- Strong verbal, presentation, written communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
