Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application development using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Power Platform features.
- Develop Canvas and model-driven applications based on business requirements.
- Manage data sources and data influx through Dataverse while maintaining data security.
- Perform end-to-end testing and deploy applications in Teams or Power Apps environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver engaging, branded user experiences.
- Manage small delivery teams and communicate delivery status, issues, and outcomes.
- Define and enforce best practices, design and coding standards, and compliance with reference architecture and engineering prescriptions.
Requirements
- Advanced to proficient capability with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with HTML and web application development.
- Experience with SQL Server and Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Knowledge of Power Platform fundamentals, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, single sign-on, and role-based access control.
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solution designs using UML.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools and of Agile practices and processes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, independence, strong communication, and user empathy.
