Responsibilities
- Own software design, documentation, development, engineering approach, delivery, and support of case management systems.
- Contribute across the software development and deployment lifecycle, including design, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation.
- Design and operate scalable, reliable systems handling hundreds of millions of requests and millions of service requests.
- Work across frontend and backend code to deliver customizable, LLM-based solutions.
- Collaborate with leaders and peers to work backward from customers, identify problems, propose innovative solutions, and raise engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Programming experience in at least one software programming language.
- At least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, self-direction, collaboration, and ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
