Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and evaluate custom software components across systems and applications.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional teams and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Improve software performance and reliability through continuous evaluation and enhancement.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members on software development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Development Strategy.
- Proficiency in Product Development Strategy.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative delivery processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with modern software development tools and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software implementation.
- 15 years of full-time education.
