Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using vector databases and frameworks such as AutoGen.
- Develop and integrate React and JavaScript frontend applications with backend AI services.
- Design and expose APIs following OpenAPI and REST API specifications.
- Use LangChain to orchestrate prompts, tools, chains, memory, and agents.
- Use LangSmith for prompt/version tracking, LLM tracing, debugging, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Deploy, manage, and scale AI services in Kubernetes environments.
- Apply prompt engineering practices and maintain reusable prompt libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Maintain the security, reliability, observability, performance, quality, and compliance of AI systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with OpenAPI or Swagger specifications.
- Working knowledge of React and JavaScript and experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG-based applications, embeddings, vector search, context management, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, and agentic frameworks such as AutoGen or similar.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling agents, planners, executors, and protocols such as MCP or A2A.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP deployment.
- Working knowledge or experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Working knowledge or experience with graph databases such as Apache AGE or Neo4j.
- Strong basics in JWT, OAuth2, authentication, and authorization.
- Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Cline.
- Basic CI/CD knowledge is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, ownership, communication, collaboration, and curiosity skills.
