Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own complex features end-to-end by structuring work into small, shippable increments.
- Write production-ready code and define testing approaches based on risk and system impact.
- Respond quickly to production issues and drive improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Utilize AI tools for code generation, debugging, and task decomposition.
- Deliver actionable code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Identify and improve recurring friction points in code, tests, tooling, or processes.
- Create context through documentation to help teammates understand decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a track record in delivering SaaS product features.
- Ability to break ambiguous work into small, deliverable increments.
- Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Go, Java, Python, or C++.
- Deep understanding of scalable web architecture, API design, and performance optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing and writing various types of tests.
- Familiarity with safe deployment patterns, including feature flags and canary releases.
- Active use of AI tools in software development workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
