Base Salary
$126k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices.
- Implement Kafka-based middleware integrations, real-time data streaming, and event-driven architectures.
- Develop and integrate workflow management solutions for business-process automation.
- Design and implement application search capabilities.
- Design schemas, optimize queries, perform data migration, and work extensively with Oracle databases.
- Build responsive web interfaces using React.js and its ecosystem.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components through RESTful APIs.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to define and deliver features.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system stability and user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and stay current with full-stack development practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong Java proficiency and extensive experience building Spring Boot microservices.
- Experience with Kafka, message-driven architectures, and data pipelines.
- Experience with workflow management systems or complex business-process flows.
- Experience implementing search functionality, potentially with Elasticsearch or Apache Solr.
- Strong Oracle and relational database expertise, including advanced SQL, schema design, and performance tuning.
- Strong React.js skills, including component-based architecture, state management, Redux or Context API, and modern JavaScript ES6+.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
