Responsibilities
- Build agentic LLM applications with tool calling, routing, and multi-step orchestration.
- Develop RAG pipelines over enterprise documents and data.
- Define and iterate on evaluation criteria including accuracy, groundedness, cost, and latency.
- Integrate AI into Teams, chat, voice, SQL warehouses, NL-to-SQL workflows, BI, and enterprise systems.
- Develop scalable AI pipelines and evaluate AI use cases, model performance, and business impact.
- Implement responsible AI, governance, security, and monitoring practices.
- Optimize AI solutions for scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business, data, technology, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and IT security teams.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
