Responsibilities

Build agentic LLM applications with tool calling, routing, and multi-step orchestration.
Develop RAG pipelines over enterprise documents and data.
Define and iterate on evaluation criteria including accuracy, groundedness, cost, and latency.
Integrate AI into Teams, chat, voice, SQL warehouses, NL-to-SQL workflows, BI, and enterprise systems.
Develop scalable AI pipelines and evaluate AI use cases, model performance, and business impact.
Implement responsible AI, governance, security, and monitoring practices.
Optimize AI solutions for scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business, data, technology, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and IT security teams.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
