Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product and platform development from requirements and project scoping through mobile/full-stack implementation, user testing, and launch cycles.
- Architect and rebuild the mobile experience with React Native as an AI-native platform.
- Partner with operations, clinical, compliance, product, and other cross-functional teams to solve real-world healthcare delivery problems.
- Articulate technical initiatives and contribute to product direction and roadmap decisions.
- Drive technical excellence across product development, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and data security.
- Build greenfield systems and uphold healthcare industry standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a record of building, scaling, and maintaining complex applications.
- Deep expertise in React Native and the architectural ability to rebuild a mobile experience from the ground up.
- Product-minded approach focused on intuitive end-user experiences for caregivers and patients.
- Strong software engineering foundation and architectural problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude is strongly preferred.
- Backend development experience, particularly with Python and/or modern web frameworks, is strongly preferred.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership is strongly preferred.
- Healthtech experience or strong motivation to build high-stakes software that improves human health and home care is strongly preferred.
