Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and complex project delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards, code quality practices, and performance expectations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges while providing solutions to cross-team problems.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and timelines.
- Mentor and support team members in their technical and professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close.
- Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable application design.
- Experience leading software development teams through complex project delivery.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and code review processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on innovative and efficient solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
