Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Python with FastAPI, and Java.
- Build, enhance, and maintain backend APIs and integrations with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Automate identity and access management, user lifecycle processes, and administrative workflows.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support enterprise applications and services in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and improve secure, reliable cloud-platform solutions while following banking, security, quality, and operational best practices.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Workflows, and apply GitOps practices.
- Use monitoring and observability practices to improve operational reliability.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, automate repetitive work, support decisions, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong Python programming skills with experience developing and maintaining production-grade automation scripts and tooling.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and Linux environments.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Workflows, and GitOps practices.
- Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, integration concepts, security best practices, and platform quality.
- Experience with troubleshooting, monitoring, and observability, with the ability to improve existing systems independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly, including effective prompting, critical validation of outputs, understanding limitations, and ownership of final results.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID, is desirable.
- Hands-on PowerShell scripting experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is desirable.
- Familiarity with banking-related processes is desirable.
- German language skills are a plus.
