Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and planning of the web platform software architecture.
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
- Develop and launch software systems and solutions supporting core organizational functions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor peers.
- Create practical solutions within an Agile and DevOps environment.
- Analyze business and UX requirements and ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and accessible.
- Introduce technologies and best practices to solve business problems.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain platform quality and security.
- Perform production support triage and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, installing, and modifying web applications with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Web API, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Advanced skills in .NET Core, SQL, C# .NET Framework/Standard/Core, ASP.NET Web API, and RESTful APIs.
- 3+ years of JavaScript development experience with React, Redux, Sagas, Webpack, and ES6, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with UI testing frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme and experience with test-driven development.
- Advanced knowledge of development methodologies, software design patterns, integration standards, coding, and testing practices.
- Experience with version control, software packaging, and software release management using GitHub.
- Experience conducting peer reviews and supporting production issue triage.
- Experience developing digital products that comply with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.
- Preferred qualifications include C# object-oriented experience, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Git/GitHub, TeamCity or equivalent configuration tools, AWS and cloud technologies, UI analytics, performance monitoring tools, mobile web technologies, Couchbase, and Dynamo.
