Responsibilities

Provide hands-on consulting services to Okta customers post-sales.
Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
Communicate effectively with customers and partners at appropriate technical levels.
Deliver high-quality design and deployment solutions for customer satisfaction.
Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
Mentor and train customers on the Auth0 service.
Act as a liaison between customers and product management.
Collaborate with other Okta teams to resolve escalated issues.
Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with the sales team.
Perform technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Okta service.
Shape Okta’s growth by designing new offerings and improving customer satisfaction.
Apply knowledge of identity federation technologies and cloud architectures.
Utilize software development experience in customer interactions.
Ensure quality and time management processes are followed.
Commit to using a knowledge repository for continuous improvement.
Travel up to 25% as required.

7+ years of experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
Experience with identity federation technologies and access control models.
Software development experience in Node.js, Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, REST/JSON.
Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript and major JavaScript MVC frameworks.
Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructures.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements.
Superb communication skills for issue tracking and crisis management.
Experience in process improvement and decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
Okta Certified Developer or IAM-related certification is a plus.
