Base Salary
$70k - $85k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build enterprise APIs and web applications using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Deploy and manage applications in AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Develop unit tests and test automation strategies.
- Build and deploy applications through continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins.
- Use source control and pull requests in repository tools such as GitHub.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Guide, encourage, and motivate fellow engineers.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of full stack software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, enterprise APIs, and web applications.
- Experience with web services and JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS cloud deployment/application management.
- Experience with unit testing, test automation, continuous integration pipelines, automated deployment tools, source control, and pull requests.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Leadership experience guiding and motivating engineers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
