Responsibilities
- Support technical discovery and solution design during the pre-sales process.
- Demonstrate the VTEX platform and its capabilities to potential clients.
- Respond to RFPs and develop technical documentation.
- Build proof of concepts (PoCs) to showcase solutions.
- Lead technical conversations through to contract signature.
- Facilitate a thorough handover of project context to the Customer Experience team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer.
- Deep knowledge in B2B and B2C commerce.
- Experience in pre-selling or selling enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Technical knowledge of platform and integration models via API.
- Fluency in English; additional languages like French, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plus.
- Ability to develop working relationships across all management levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Curious, AI-first mindset to streamline processes.
