Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical resource for end-user technology platforms.
- Design, implement, maintain, and improve endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services.
- Support and enhance identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID.
- Support Azure-based services and automation workflows.
- Own and support software asset management processes using Flexera.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve software governance and cost optimization.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting for complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain automation using scripting languages.
- Support AI-enabled coding and development initiatives.
- Use Azure DevOps to manage technical work and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes through automation.
- Partner with Security teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee technology experiences.
- Mentor junior team members and establish best practices.
- Identify recurring issues and drive long-term solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in end-user computing or related technical role.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Working knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based IT administration.
- Experience with Flexera or similar software asset management platforms.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for work tracking and automation.
- Familiarity with software asset management and vendor licensing models.
- Experience supporting endpoint security and compliance policies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users.
