Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven pipelines for real-time energy optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to create scalable AI solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate large language models and generative AI capabilities into Kaluza's products.
- Build production-ready ML infrastructure, including model serving and monitoring.
- Champion MLOps best practices to ensure model accuracy and explainability.
- Contribute to the technical direction of AI by staying updated on emerging research.
- Communicate model performance and opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer with a track record of delivering production-grade models.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles, including model deployment and CI/CD for ML workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- A collaborative, product-minded approach in cross-functional agile teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
