Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build purpose-specific AI coding agents for supply chain connectivity.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure for hosting and running integrations.
- Own core systems end to end, from the agent platform through the integrations runtime.
- Make foundational architectural decisions and shape engineering patterns as the team grows.
Requirements
- Two to five years of experience as a full-stack or backend software engineer, with a primarily software engineering rather than ML-focused background.
- Strong TypeScript skills and experience with modern full-stack product development.
- Experience shipping and owning complex products end to end, including building systems from scratch with a high degree of autonomy.
- Hands-on experience building with AI agents or LLMs using current approaches.
- Experience with backend or infrastructure systems such as runtimes, orchestration, or cloud platforms, beyond product UI work.
- Familiarity with React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Early-stage startup experience and a record of initiative demonstrated through founding work, standout projects, or other notable engineering achievements.
