Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Implement generative AI solutions, use ML infrastructure, and contribute to data preparation, optimization, and performance improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or one year of experience with an advanced degree.
- One year of experience in machine learning, generative AI, data mining, or statistical modeling.
- Experience with generative AI techniques or related concepts such as large language models, multimodal systems, large vision models, language modeling, or computer vision.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: experience with prompt engineering and LLM-powered auto-evaluation or optimization systems.
- Preferred: sequence or transformer modeling experience, or end-to-end ML application experience in products.

- US base pay is listed at $147000–$210000, with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
