Responsibilities
- Build highly available, secure, distributed systems in a microservice architecture.
- Design, develop, test and maintain systems representing logistics entities.
- Collaborate with engineers to solve complex business and technical problems.
- Rapidly build and launch products, shipping to production multiple times a day.
- Maintain high-quality standards by anticipating issues and applying learnings.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience writing software with a strong engineering background.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Ruby, C, C++, Java, or Kotlin.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- A love for simple, well-tested code that is easy to extend.
- A bias for action and a problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle.
- Aptitude for learning quickly.
