Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI capabilities into product workflows.
- Deploy and iterate on LLM-based applications in production.
- Own retrieval and agentic systems end-to-end.
- Define and run evaluation and testing for AI systems.
- Improve model performance through experimentation and optimizations.
- Implement strong engineering practices for AI development.
- Stay current with advances in applied AI and generative models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience in production software development.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI/ML development.
- Experience deploying ML or LLM-based systems in production environments.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation.
- Experience with cloud-based deployment of ML systems.
- Strong software engineering skills, including systems design and performance optimization.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
