Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow customizations, core platform setup, workflow administration, and third-party integrations.
- Lead ServiceNow platform implementation and administration, including system configuration and user-requirement gathering.
- Use JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance ServiceNow functionality and user interfaces.
- Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing to validate system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with clients to understand cybersecurity needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Apply cybersecurity principles to identify vulnerabilities and develop secure systems.
- Manage security incident responses and conduct vulnerability assessments.
- Use Azure Web Services and Active Directory for security architecture and compliance.
- Apply Agile methodologies to changing project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Build and maintain client relationships while anticipating team and client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, and Management Information Systems.
- Preferred cybersecurity certifications include CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow customization and integration, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow platform implementation and administration is preferred.
- Client-facing communication, relationship-building, and Agile development experience are preferred.
