Responsibilities

Cultivate a deep understanding of Mural's products to address customer issues.
Partner with Account Executives for business value-oriented discovery.
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
Establish trusting relationships with stakeholders in IT, Procurement, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to RFPs and Security Questionnaires.

7+ years of experience in solutions/sales engineering and technical implementation.
Comfortable working within Central European Time (CET) and occasional travel within EMEA.
Fluent in German (C1/C2 or native-level) and professional-level English.
Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
Deep understanding of SaaS product design, implementation, and integrations.
Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and legal environments.
