Base Salary
$230k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding, deployment, production rollout, and long-term adoption while serving as the technical owner for assigned accounts.
- Develop architecture, execution plans, and tailored technical success plans for strategic customers.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Research on use-case translation, technical strategies, trials, customer feedback, and roadmap priorities.
- Design and optimize secure, scalable workflows across compute, storage, networking, and distributed systems.
- Adapt the platform across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-premises Kubernetes environments, including provider APIs, storage, networking, compute orchestration, and performance tuning.
- Report on deployment progress, workload health, usage metrics, and executive-level updates.
- Travel to customer sites as needed for critical deployments and engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, customer engineering, consulting, technical program delivery, or similar technical roles.
- Strong background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, and on-premises or hybrid compute environments.
- Experience with ML/AI workflows and systems involving Kubernetes, networking, data pipelines, or large-scale backend infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages, with the ability to debug customer issues end-to-end.
- Experience leading complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders and translating business needs into architecture and execution plans.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure compute, storage, networking, and IAM services.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt complex distributed systems across different infrastructure environments.
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code and configuration management for multi-environment deployments.
