Base Salary
$225k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI security features for the Dia product and Prompt Safety service.
- Drive security architecture and threat modeling with an AI-first perspective.
- Develop AI-aware defenses against prompt injection and data exfiltration.
- Establish metrics and dashboards to track security infrastructure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed secure patterns in the codebase.
- Participate in on-call rotations to respond to production and security incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale security engineering projects.
- Strong coding skills in Golang, Swift, TypeScript, or Python.
- Comfortable working across native client and backend services.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Privacy-minded with a bias for high-velocity execution.
- Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone.
