- Build and operate distributed infrastructure that runs AI/ML workloads reliably at scale.
- Develop LLM-based systems with tool calling, orchestration, guardrails, and continuous evaluation and feedback loops.
- Design evaluation frameworks including offline benchmarks, regression testing, drift detection, and confidence scoring.
- Translate ambiguous, high-stakes triage problems into system designs and make build-versus-reuse and reliability tradeoffs.
- Influence Software, Hardware, and Silicon teams to adopt the resulting platform and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating production distributed systems or data platforms at scale.
- Strong Python and system-design skills with experience owning architecture for dependent services.
- At least 2 years of experience building and shipping LLM-based or agentic systems to production.
- Hands-on experience with ML/LLM evaluation frameworks, including benchmarks, regression testing, drift detection, and confidence scoring.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, embedding generation, vector databases, and data preparation for agentic workflows.
- BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
