Responsibilities
- Participate in the full QA lifecycle from requirements analysis through test execution.
- Analyze business requirements and documentation to understand business logic.
- Contribute to test planning, test coverage, requirements, and acceptance criteria with engineering and product teams.
- Build and maintain test suites, automation frameworks, and test harnesses.
- Test blockchain integrations, smart contracts, REST APIs, JSON-RPC, MCP servers, and other blockchain-related endpoints.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and load testing.
- Investigate failures across distributed systems and blockchain integrations.
- Integrate automated testing practices into CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to technical documentation, quality reporting, and improved testing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA or SDET roles across the full testing lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with backend and non-UI test automation, functional, regression, integration, and REST API testing.
- Experience analyzing requirements and documentation to understand business logic.
- Familiarity with blockchain systems and integrations, including smart contract testing and blockchain validation.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experience with distributed systems, AWS-based environments, and MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC and experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and accountability skills.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Desirable qualifications include Go, Foundry, Hardhat, EVM testing frameworks, Ethereum, Solidity, Tezos, LIGO, Layer 2 and blockchain protocol testing, asynchronous messaging systems, Kubernetes, Azure, observability-driven testing, MCP protocol testing, and performance or load testing experience.
