Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy global-scale distributed platforms and pipelines for massive data ingestion, transformation, and analytical reporting.
- Design and refine backend infrastructure supporting agentic AI workflows, autonomous systems, and conversational analytics with natural-language interfaces.
- Define data strategies and durable conceptual models spanning OLTP, OLAP, and generative AI architectures such as RAG.
- Evaluate data integration challenges and deliver optimized architectural solutions for complex business requirements.
- Research emerging AI techniques and advanced machine learning methodologies to improve data design patterns.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship focused on data modeling, prompt engineering, and high-performance data access services.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise data solution, application, or integration architecture, design, or development.
- Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems and working with AI application frameworks.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM major.
- Strong algorithms, data structures, and coding skills with Java, Python, or Scala; Python is highly preferred.
- Exceptional SQL proficiency and familiarity with semantic search and natural-language-to-SQL paradigms.
- Experience with relational stores, columnar/NoSQL/vector stores, distributed processing engines, and distributed queues.
- Experience with GCP, Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platform technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with software engineering practices including unit testing, code reviews, and design documents.
