Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, and test software systems and applications for enhancements and new products.
- Serve as an internally recognized specialist on complex technical matters and champion significant projects through technical leadership and creativity.
- Own one to two development areas while contributing to other areas.
- Develop highly scalable and reliable web applications integrated with internal and external systems.
- Evaluate complex technical issues, select appropriate development methods, and manage multiple tasks across product areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Engineering is desired.
- Six to ten years of experience with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building applications with Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
- Experience with SOAP/RESTful services, microservices, Bootstrap, and UI development toolkits.
- Excellent programming skills with expertise in object-oriented programming and related concepts.
- Experience developing scalable and reliable web applications and working collaboratively with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Desired skills include Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC, Angular, SQL, React, and Node.js.
