Base Salary
$115k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, traceability matrices, defect logs, and release validation reports.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, API, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce and Amazon Connect solutions.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, Lightning components, Apex functionality, APIs, security models, data integrity, migrations, and platform enhancements.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression suites using Copado and related Salesforce testing tools.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution while supporting root cause analysis and remediation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, project teams, and clients on requirements, acceptance criteria, testing reviews, and UAT coordination.
- Support CI/CD deployment validation, release management, production readiness testing, and compliance with security, governance, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce QA, quality engineering, or Salesforce testing roles in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Contact Center, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect implementations.
- Extensive experience creating and executing automated test scripts with test automation tools.
- Hands-on experience testing Service Cloud Voice, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Flows, and declarative automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, security models, user roles, profiles, and sharing architecture.
- Experience with Copado for Salesforce DevOps, automated testing, and release validation.
- Experience validating integrations involving APIs, web services, middleware, and external systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and release cycles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, collaboration, and communication skills in client-facing environments.
