Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions for immediate and cross-functional technical problems.
- Lead implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional software development efforts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Scala is required.
- Proficiency in Scala and strong experience with object-oriented and functional programming paradigms are required.
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and tools is required.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code and optimize performance is required.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
