Base Salary
$175k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with product to run rapid experiments and incorporate customer feedback.
- Lead the design and implementation of replatforming initiatives.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to decompose tightly coupled domains.
- Contribute to AI-Native workflow projects.
- Design scalable, reliable portions of our event-sourced architecture.
- Mentor engineers on best practices in testing, deployment, and quality.
Requirements
- Experience leading the design and implementation of major features.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A track record of modernizing or replatforming legacy systems.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, particularly event-driven messaging.
- Experience architecting scalable, reliable systems.
- Passion for mentoring others and rolling out engineering best practices.
