Base Salary
$80k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on macOS and Windows endpoint configuration and lifecycle management.
- Build and maintain device enrollment workflows and compliance policies.
- Design software deployment and patch management strategies.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for desktop application issues.
- Reproduce and diagnose client-side issues across various configurations.
- Capture diagnostic data to resolve complex application-layer problems.
- Monitor endpoint fleet health and drive proactive remediation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in systems or endpoint engineering roles.
- Deep hands-on experience with macOS and/or Windows at a troubleshooting level.
- Experience with enterprise MDM platforms like Kandji/Iru or Microsoft Intune.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience diagnosing desktop application issues, including crash analysis.
- Familiarity with enterprise security tools and their impact on applications.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and bug reporting.
