Responsibilities
- Guide impactful technology architecture projects while maintaining executive-level client relationships.
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps and innovative enterprise and solution architecture designs.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with client business goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to support business growth and transformation.
- Foster technological advancement, continuous improvement, and excellence across architecture and delivery practices.
- Mentor junior team members and influence cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts and requirements into practical technical solutions for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in technology operations and application, enterprise, or solution architecture.
- Experience in one or more relevant domains such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
- Hands-on experience with modern architectural patterns, including microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure and/or on-premises infrastructure.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and the ability to evaluate their business applicability.
- Experience creating architectural roadmaps and aligning solutions with strategic business objectives.
- Direct collaboration experience with clients or internal stakeholders on technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, business acumen, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, innovation, and continuous-improvement experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
