Base Salary

$78k - $176k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop container management software and support critical cloud platforms.
  • Build and support AWS DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build container images and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes.
  • Manage Infrastructure-as-Code environments, automated configurations, software deployments, monitoring, and testing.
  • Manage tools deployed with Helm and automate infrastructure with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Develop and support custom applications in production environments.
  • Advise on platform strategy and design, container adoption, networking, monitoring, storage, and security.
  • Identify automation opportunities and evaluate, mitigate, or resolve vulnerability findings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and supporting AWS cloud DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • 5+ years of experience with containerization, image building, and Kubernetes deployment orchestration.
  • 5+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code environments and automated server or network configurations, deployments, monitoring, or testing.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Helm-deployed tools and using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • 4+ years of experience developing and supporting custom applications in production.
  • Knowledge of container networking, monitoring, storage, and security technologies.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within six months of hire.
  • Preferred experience with automation, Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, Ruby, JSON, REST, XML, YAML, OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model, or DevSecOps Maturity Model.
  • A bachelor's degree, master's degree, cloud certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, or MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure Certification is preferred or a plus.
