Responsibilities

Establish a robust, machine-readable context foundation so AI agents can navigate systems, ownership, and infrastructure.
Enable software to be released continuously and safely, including software built with agents.
Create standardized golden paths for human and agentic development.
Use system availability and change lead time KPIs to prioritize platform work.
Design, build, and maintain resilient and scalable cloud infrastructure.

At least 4 years of experience in SRE, developer experience, platform, cloud, or backend engineering.
Proficiency with agentic tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
Strong understanding of Day 2 operations and system reliability.
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Golang, or TypeScript.
Good experience with a public cloud provider, ideally Google Cloud Platform.
Excellent writing skills and very good spoken and written English; German is a plus.
Residency in Germany is required.
Prior IoT application experience, climate-tech interest, and experience in a similarly sized scale-up are bonuses.
